摘 要
本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的主要任務(wù)是滑動(dòng)軸承綜合試驗(yàn)臺改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)(含供油系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì))。由于高速主軸具有相當(dāng)高的速度,因此就需要作為轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)支撐件的軸承要具備高精度﹑低功耗﹑高穩(wěn)定性等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。而動(dòng)靜壓軸承集靜壓軸承和動(dòng)壓軸承的優(yōu)點(diǎn)于一體,正符合高速主軸的要求。
本次設(shè)計(jì)從潤滑的角度首先分析了動(dòng)壓軸承和靜壓軸承,分析了其支撐原理以及各自特點(diǎn)。然后又分析了動(dòng)靜壓軸承的靜態(tài)特性。根據(jù)以往經(jīng)驗(yàn)選取了滑動(dòng)軸承的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù),采用超松弛迭代數(shù)值計(jì)算方法解雷諾方程線性方程組,得到二維壓力分布。對其承載能力﹑流量﹑偏位角也進(jìn)行了無量綱計(jì)算,然后根據(jù)計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析和討論。最后進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)臺設(shè)計(jì),對整個(gè)供油路線和主要部件及其功能進(jìn)行了分析設(shè)計(jì),采用液壓裝置及滑動(dòng)軸承的組合運(yùn)用實(shí)現(xiàn)對試驗(yàn)臺平穩(wěn)高效的控制。

Sliding bearing to improve the design of a comprehensive test-bed
Abstract
The task of this graduating design is the analysis and calculation of the hybrid bearing in the fast electric shaft. Because of the rapid speed of the fast shaft, bearing with high precision, low power consuming and high stability is needed to act as the supporter of the machine rotor-support system. The hybrid bearing had the advantages of both hydrostatic bearing and hydrodynamic bearing, so it is just the one fit for the fast shaft.
First, the hydrostatic bearing and hydrodynamic bearing are analysed based on lubrication theory and in this design, and I also analysed the support principle and their characteristic. Then the static characteristic of the hybrid bearing is also analyse. The frame parameter is selected by anciently experience. The computer-aided programming is worked out by means of the successive over-relaxation method for the solution of Reynolds liner equation group. And the two dimensionless computations of the loading capacity, the flow, the friction and stiffness are completed and explained. At last, the gasoline tank is designed. The whole route of the oil-supported and the function of the mostly components are analysed, using the hydraulic devices and a combination of sliding bearing on the test stand to achieve a smooth and efficient control.
