[摘要]國內使用的顎式破碎機類型很多,但常見的還是傳統(tǒng)的復擺顎式破碎機。復擺顎式破碎機的出現(xiàn)已有140多年的歷史,經過人們長期的實踐和不斷完善與改進,其結構型式和機構參數(shù)日臻合理, 結構簡單、制造容易、工作可靠、維修方便，故在冶金、礦山、建材、化工、煤炭等行業(yè)使用非常廣泛。隨著現(xiàn)代化的發(fā)展，各工業(yè)部門對破碎石的需求進一步增長，研究復擺鄂式破碎機具有很重要的意義。本畢業(yè)設計主要是為滿足生產需求：進料口尺寸：；出料口尺寸：；進料塊最大尺寸：；產量：。而研究的。主要研究復擺顎式破碎機的運動分析、V帶的選擇，鄂板、齒板磨損的分析，各種工作參數(shù)的選擇，工作機構的優(yōu)化。重點研究傳動的設計和系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化。
