Abstract: with the development of economy, China's local worker average wages are increased, but regional growth rate and different, this paper is mainly studies influence regions worker of average wage factors, and finally established the mathematical model for the future, thus can rise to forecast the wages and policy recommendations effect.

摘要：隨著經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展，我國各地區(qū)職工的平均工資都有所增長，但各地區(qū)的增長幅度又有所不同，本文主要就是研究影響各地區(qū)職工平均工資的因素，并最終建立數(shù)學(xué)模型，從而可以起到對未來的工資水平走向進行預(yù)測及政策建議的效果。
