AIS 技術(shù)在航海中應用

[摘 要]  海上交通是以航行安全和航運效率為目的的。船舶自動識別系統(tǒng)(AIS) 就是為了提高船舶航行安全、航行效率而發(fā)展起來的一種新型助航系統(tǒng)。AIS運用先進的衛(wèi)星導航技術(shù)和現(xiàn)代通信技術(shù)自動地進行船舶位置報告及其它必要的短信息交流，從而使用戶得到其他船舶精確的位置信息、識別信息及其它必要信息。AIS的使用可以改善船舶避碰效果，可以獲得準確詳盡的船舶信息，可以作為ECDIS VTS的支持系統(tǒng)，可以改進船舶報告方式，避免了傳統(tǒng)的VHF、雷達來獲取信息的局限性。AIS的實施將有助于提高航行的安全性和效率，以及對海洋環(huán)境的保護。本文在AIS的系統(tǒng)組成、工作原理、基本功能、技術(shù)特點以及AIS網(wǎng)絡的基礎上著重分析了AIS的應用，尤其是對船舶航行安全方面的研究；同時也闡述了AIS在實際應用中應注意的問題。

AIS application of technology in the maritime

[Abstract]  The maritime traffic is taking navigation safety and shipping efficiency as purpose. Automatic identify system (AIS) is a new navigational system that for improve shipping navigation safety and sailing efficiency. AIS use advanced satellite navigate technology and modern communication carry on shipping position report and other essential short message interchange automatically,  thus make users receive the accurate position information of shipping, identity information and other essential information. AIS can help to avoid collision, and get accurate and exhaustive shipping information, can improve the ECDIS and VTS can improve shipping report, and has avoided the limitation of traditional relying on the VHF and radar to obtain information. The implementation of AIS will improve security and efficiency of sailing, and the protection of the marine environment. Analyzed the application of AIS emphatically in the components of AIS, operation principle,  basic function， technological characteristic and AIS network especially the study on navigation safety respect of shipping Explained the question that AIS should be paid attention to in practical application at the same time.
