廈門港大型集裝箱船舶進出港操縱研究

[摘要] 來自福建省廈門港的消息稱，2007年全港集裝箱累計完成462.71萬標(biāo)箱,比去年增長15.3%,在全國港口中繼續(xù)保持第七位,有望擠身世界21強行列.進出港船舶大型化趨勢明顯,2007 年廈門港引航站全年安全引領(lǐng)船舶8644艘次,其中5萬噸級以上大型船舶和10萬噸級以上超大型船舶分別達到2799艘次和507艘次,占被引領(lǐng)船舶總數(shù)的32.4%和5.9%,同比增長17%和69%.業(yè)內(nèi)人士說，這標(biāo)志著廈門港“巨輪時代”到來了。船舶市場的發(fā)展對廈門港的要求越來越高船舶市場的發(fā)展對廈門港的要求越來越高。與此同時，廈門港的十萬噸級航道清淤拓寬工程已經(jīng)完成，主航道水深達到14.5米更加適應(yīng)船舶大型化的趨勢。本文簡要介紹了廈門港的地理位置和港口特點及廈門港VTS的有關(guān)規(guī)定；對廈門港的航道及通航水域作了簡要論述；并就大型集裝箱船舶的操縱性和船舶進出廈門港的注意事項和航法進行分析。以求對還不熟悉廈門港的船舶操縱人員在進出廈門港有所幫助，并提出自己的看法和建議。

The study of large scale container ship maneuvering in Xiamen port

[Abstract]:According to the news from Xiamen port，2007 Xiamen port total 4.6271 million TEUs which increases 15.3% percent compared  with before, continue to maintain seventh place in all of ports of country and expect to place among the ranks of the world 21。2007 Xiamen Port Pilot Station for security to lead the ship 8644, 2799 over 50 thousands tons and 507 over 100 thousands .The professors in Xiamen said, it indicates that the time of “l(fā)arge scale vessel”in Xiamen is coming .In the same time ,the second progress object of 100 thousands tons channel has finished and be in use ,the depth of main channel in Xiamen port is 14.5 meters which further adapted to the trend of big vessel. Meanwhile, the introduction of carrier groups joint venture development and construction arm of a phase of the project in Songyu will also open a new round of deep water berths construction curtain in- Xiamen. This paper briefly introduced the characteristics of Xiamen port and the location and the relevant provisions of Xiamen VTS; and briefly describe Xiamen navigation waters of the fairways; and analysis the maneuvering of large container ships、what people should pay attention to .I wish it will be helped to the person who are not familiar with Xiamen port.
