中國(guó)高等航海教育發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略思考
[摘要]  隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展和全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的加劇，航海技術(shù)必將飛速發(fā)展，這就要求航海人員的知識(shí)面越來(lái)越寬，綜合素質(zhì)越來(lái)越高，以確保船舶和人命財(cái)產(chǎn)的安全、防止污染海洋。航海院校應(yīng)根據(jù)現(xiàn)代高新技術(shù)和國(guó)際航運(yùn)業(yè)快速發(fā)展的需要，全面總結(jié)和認(rèn)真分析現(xiàn)狀，深化教學(xué)內(nèi)容改革，改進(jìn)教學(xué)方法，培養(yǎng)符合 STCW78/95公約要求的高素質(zhì)航運(yùn)人才，以滿足國(guó)內(nèi)外航運(yùn)人才的需求。本文分析了國(guó)際高等航海教育的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)，探討了高等航海教育的特殊性，指出了中國(guó)高等航海教育新面臨的歷史機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)，須有步驟、高起點(diǎn)地對(duì)其進(jìn)行航海教育管理體制改革，并提出了發(fā)展中國(guó)高等航海教育的若干思考和建議。

Strategic thinking of the Higher Maritime Education's development in China

[Abstract]  Along with science's and technology's swift development and the global economic integration's aggravating, the navigation technology will certainly develope quickly, this request navigation personnel's aspect of knowledge to be getting wider and wider, the overall quality is getting higher and higher, making sure the ships and the human life property security, the antipollution sea. The navigation colleges and universities should accord to the modern high technology and new technology and the international shipping industry need to develop fast, summarying and analyzing the present situation, deepening course content reform, improving teaching method, raising conforms to the STCW78/95 joint pledge request high quality shipping talented person, so as to meet the domestic and foreign shipping talented person's need. This article has analyzed the international nautical education present situation and the trend of development, has discussed the higher nautical education particularity, had pointed out China higher nautical education faces newly the historic opportunity and the challenge must have the step, the high beginning to carry on the nautical education management system reform, and proposed to develope Navigation of China education certain ponders and the suggestion.
