[摘要] 介紹碳五主要餾分的綜合利用。設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中學(xué)習(xí)了PROII軟件相關(guān)模塊的應(yīng)用方法;采用PROII軟件對(duì)DMF法萃取精餾分離C5餾分中異戊烷的萃取精餾塔進(jìn)行模擬??疾炝嘶亓鞅?、溶劑比(溶劑DMF與進(jìn)料C5的質(zhì)量比) 、理論板數(shù)等因素對(duì)分離異戊烷的影響。模擬結(jié)果表明,萃取精餾塔的最佳工藝條件為:理論板數(shù)為50塊,原料進(jìn)料位置為第30塊理論板,溶劑比0.6,回流比3,溶劑進(jìn)料溫度50 ℃,溶劑進(jìn)料位置在20塊左右。塔頂采出量1236.06kg / h。理論板數(shù)的選擇由實(shí)際工程放大或投資資金綜合分析。并對(duì)優(yōu)化后的工藝進(jìn)行了物料守恒和能量守恒的校核。就此對(duì)主物料物性進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要闡述。確定了流程圖并結(jié)合有關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)工程中節(jié)能措施進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要分析。

Abstract Introduced the comprehensive utilization of the main fraction from C5. In the design process I have studied PROII software correlation module application method; The extractive distillation with MEK and NMF as extractant for separating i-pentane from C5 fraction were set up , process of separation of C5 fraction with DMFwas optimized by PROII process simulating software. The model is considered to be re liable.Effects of column trays, refluxratio, extractant ratio (mass ratio of DMF to feed C5) on separation were under observation. The optimized process parameters are as follows: the theoretical tray number is 50,feed tray 30th tray, extractant ratio 0.6, ref luxratio3.0, feed input temperature 50 ℃. feed input tray about 20th tray. and top product out put1236.06 kg / h. The choice of theoretical plate number of the actual works by the amplification or a comprehensive analysis of investment funds. And optimized the process of conservation and energy conservation materials in check. In this connection the main physical properties of materials are briefly described. Had determined the flow chart and the union related data conserved energy the measure to the project in to carryon the brief analysis.
