摘 要
21世紀(jì)是知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,是信息技術(shù)時(shí)代,是數(shù)字化時(shí)代。單位管理的現(xiàn)代化﹑辦公自動(dòng)化和決策科學(xué)化,是現(xiàn)代化辦公管理發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì)。也是衡量一個(gè)單位信息化的重要標(biāo)志。
單位的人事信息管理作為一個(gè)單位管理的重要方面,其可變因素多,管理復(fù)雜、繁瑣、時(shí)間跨度大,再加上固定的基數(shù)大,形成巨大的數(shù)據(jù)量,人工管理困難。因此用計(jì)算機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)人力資源管理勢(shì)在必行。
本項(xiàng)目是根據(jù)實(shí)際調(diào)查,嚴(yán)格遵循實(shí)事求是的原則,創(chuàng)新而成的。目的是通過本系統(tǒng),按照人事管理的科學(xué)體系理論要求,結(jié)合公司的實(shí)際,利用計(jì)算機(jī)進(jìn)行操作。
本系統(tǒng)從功能上可以分為下列五個(gè)模塊:用戶管理、部門管理、人事檔案管理、工資管理及數(shù)據(jù)庫管理。系統(tǒng)管理:分為系統(tǒng)用戶和普通用戶,系統(tǒng)用戶可以添加、刪除、修改用戶信息,修改所有用戶的密碼;進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)庫管理。普通用戶則只能修改自己的密碼;部門管理:可以設(shè)置、修改部門信息;人事管理:對(duì)員工信息的添加、信息修改、考勤結(jié)果進(jìn)行管理操作。工資管理:對(duì)員工的基本工資、獎(jiǎng)懲資金等費(fèi)用的管理;生成每個(gè)月的工資報(bào)表操作;數(shù)據(jù)庫管理:從前臺(tái)對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行備份和恢復(fù)操作。
本系統(tǒng)可方便系統(tǒng)用戶進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)信息管理和維護(hù),并允許普通用戶進(jìn)行部分信息的修改、瀏覽、查詢,方便了管理者和用戶的使用,確保了數(shù)據(jù)的安全性、正確性、完整性和一致性。

Abstract
21century is a knowledge econmy,information skilled and digital period.Crop is a hall where is train the talent for the coming society.So the Crop can't remain the condition as now.The moden Crop manage,the voluntary offical business and the scientific decision are inevitable trend that the moden offical manage develop.
The personals's information manage as an important part Crop manage has a great deal of changes of element.The compicated manage,long interval and the big regular base wages make a huge data.The human manage is difficult.So that we must make use of computer to operating the management of HR in corporation.
The project is based practical and realistic fact. Through our project we can easily manage and operate HR management or capital management and so on according some prescriptive require with the same points of corporation.
The project can be formed five modules from functions: User management,Dept management,Hr management,Wage management、DataBase management User management: Administrators Group and Users Group,the members of Administrators Group can add user, delete user and amend user, also can change their own password, but the members of Users Group only can change their own password. Hr management: in this part, Administrators can add, change and delete the information of staffs. And administrators also check on work attendance with the staffs; Payment management: Administrators Group can import the payment and allowance information of staffs, and the members of Users Group only can browse all the staff’s basic information; DataBase management: in this part, administrators also backup the DataBase and resume the DataBase on the stage.
The Administrators of Group can conveniently manage and maintenance the system information. The project is also open to Users of Groups to browse parts of the system information. The project is strongly useful for the information security, validity, integrality and consistency.
