PURPOSE說明
This document was developed as an Audit Tool to assess a supplier's Quality Systems against AAS's Quality Systems Requirements. 本文件作為稽核材料,根據(jù)AAS品質(zhì)系統(tǒng)要求評估供應(yīng)商的品質(zhì)系統(tǒng)
The AAS Quality Systems Audit (QSA) is build upon the ISO-9000 Quality Systems Standard, but with additional AAS specific requirements included. AAS品質(zhì)系統(tǒng)稽核以ISO-9000品質(zhì)系統(tǒng)為標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并加入AAS附加的特定要求.

SCOPE適用范圍
The AAS Quality Systems Audit is not commodity specific, therefore it may be used to assess the Quality Systems deployed by a supplier/manufacture
irrespective of the commodity.AAS品質(zhì)系統(tǒng)稽核不是針對特定商品,它可以用于評估任何商品的品質(zhì)系統(tǒng)

AUDIT BY SELF ASSESSMENT自我評估稽核
A supplier's facility is required to complete a self assessment using this tool in advance of the AAS Audit. (One QSA is required per facility.) AAS稽核前,供應(yīng)商的設(shè)備要求使用此工具進(jìn)行自我評估.(每個(gè)設(shè)備要求一個(gè)QSA)
By doing this, a facility will be able to prepare for the audit and seek advance help and guidance from AAS SQE to be best positioned to succeed. 這樣做,設(shè)備才能為稽核做好準(zhǔn)備,預(yù)先從AAS SQE找到最佳定位,獲得成功.
It is expected that during the self-assessment process, that the supplier will use this opportunity to ask questions for either clarification or to better understand intent of the audit criteria. Waiting for the formal AAS audit to ask these types of questions is too late. It is also expected that based on self audit results, a supplier will inform the AAS team of their readiness for a formal AAS audit. 自我評估時(shí),供應(yīng)商應(yīng)該趁此機(jī)會發(fā)問,以利于校驗(yàn)或更好地理解稽核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的意圖.等到正式的AAS稽核時(shí)再問這些問題就太遲了.根據(jù)自我稽核的結(jié)果,供應(yīng)商應(yīng)該報(bào)備AAS作正式稽核.
