粗鏜活塞銷孔組合機床專用夾具設(shè)計

摘    要
   根據(jù)設(shè)計任務(wù)書的要求，本設(shè)計說明書針對粗鏜活塞銷孔組合機床的夾具設(shè)計進行說明。設(shè)計中的專用夾具是為活塞零件的粗鏜工序所設(shè)計的夾具。此處專用夾具主要包括定位裝置、夾緊裝置、夾具體及其它裝置。設(shè)計的主要內(nèi)容包括研究原始資料，夾具設(shè)計初步方案制定，主要零件的設(shè)計說明，繪制夾具總裝配圖，標(biāo)注尺寸、技術(shù)要求、零件編號及編制零件明細表，繪制夾具零件圖。設(shè)計過程中經(jīng)過對不同方案的比較，最后確定最優(yōu)方案。

                                  Abstract

Book design task in accordance with the requirements, the design specification for rough piston pin hole boring machine-specific description of the fixture design. Dedicated fixture design for the Pistons rough boring parts of the fixture design process. Dedicated fixture here include positioning devices, clamping devices, and other device specific folder. The main elements of design including raw data, the preliminary fixture design program development, the design of the main parts that draw the general assembly jig, mark size, technical requirements, part number and schedule of the preparation of parts, drawing parts diagram fixture. The design process through the comparison of different programs, and finally to determine the optimal program.
