摘要
企業(yè)績效評價是指為了實現(xiàn)企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略目標，運用數(shù)理統(tǒng)計和運籌學原理，采用特定的指標和標準，按照一定的程序和科學的方法，對企業(yè)經營過程和經營效益和經營者業(yè)績做出客觀、公正和準確的價值判斷。其意義在于完善公司治理機制，評價和調整企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略，不斷提高企業(yè)競爭力，并且有助于防范風險。
本文結合xxxx公司現(xiàn)狀，對其評價體系進行分析并構建了EVA與BSC結合的績效評價體系。一共分為四個部分，第一部分介紹了選題背景和國內外研究現(xiàn)狀，并介紹了論文的研究方法。第二部分則是系統(tǒng)闡述績效評價體系的基本理論，介紹了企業(yè)績效與企業(yè)能力理論，企業(yè)績效與利益相關者理論。第三部分首先介紹了該公司現(xiàn)行績效體系的評價方法，其次介紹了公司績效體系的指標體系，最后分析了現(xiàn)行績效體系的優(yōu)缺點。第四部分進行了xxxx公司的績效評價體系構建研究，將經濟增加值EVA與平衡計分卡BSC融合，并形成了EVA綜合計分卡，為公司績效評價提供參考借鑒。

Abstract
