摘 要
企業(yè)財務預警體系是以財務管理活動中的財務風險和經(jīng)營風險為主要研究對象，探討企業(yè)財務風險的運動規(guī)律和產(chǎn)生原因，并對企業(yè)財務風險隱患及其發(fā)展趨勢進行監(jiān)測、識別、診斷與預控的理論與方法。其目的在于減少和消除企業(yè)財務風險隱患，保證企業(yè)的財務系統(tǒng)和經(jīng)營管理系統(tǒng)處于良好的運行狀態(tài)。因此，企業(yè)有必要建立一套完善的財務風險預警系統(tǒng)，以防范、化解財務危機，減少財務損失，確保企業(yè)正常經(jīng)營。本文是以北京xxxx集團企業(yè)為背景，在分析了企業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀及企業(yè)所存在的問題基礎上，對財務風險預警體系的構建做了相關思考并建立了一套可行的預警體系。

Abstract
The financial affairs warning system based on financial management activities of the financial risk and operational risk as the main research object, this paper discusses the motion law of the financial risks of enterprise and its reason of the business and financial risks and developing trend monitoring, identification, diagnosis and precontrol theory and method. Its purpose is to reduce and eliminate hidden dangers and guarantee the financial risks of enterprise financial system and management of enterprise management system is in good condition. Therefore, the enterprise is necessary to establish a set of perfect financial risk pre-warning system to prevent and dissolve the financial crisis, reduce financial losses, to ensure the normal operation. This paper is based on the Beijing YiYang group enterprises as the background, the paper analyses the present situation of the enterprises and the existing problems in the enterprise, based on the construction of the financial risk pre-warning system make the correlative thinking and established a set of possible early warning system.
