摘要：本文分析了中國國內(nèi)外軟膠囊檢測分選機的研究和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，對未來進行了展望，設(shè)計出了一種新型的軟膠囊自動檢測分選機構(gòu)，該軟膠囊自動檢測分選機針對國內(nèi)醫(yī)藥、食品行業(yè)軟膠囊制品生產(chǎn)過程中的膠囊分選問題，放棄了原有的原始人工分選模式，而采用電磁振動上料器自動上料、鏈條輸送機構(gòu)無級調(diào)速匹配輸送、計算機視覺系統(tǒng)間接判別軟膠囊質(zhì)量、高速噴嘴吹去超差軟膠囊制品的方法 來分選軟膠囊制品 最高分選速度可達10 粒/s 以上。該技術(shù)最大的優(yōu)點在于一是極大地提高了分選效率 二是避免了由于人工分選靠感覺和經(jīng)驗來判別軟膠囊制品的大小 而把合格制品誤判為不合格 或者把不合格品判為合格品 造成誤檢的情況。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the current situation of China research and development at home and abroad to detect soft capsule sorting machine the outlook for the future designed a new type of soft capsule sorting mechanism to automatically detect the soft capsule sorting machine for the automatic detection domestic pharmaceutical food industry production process softgel capsule products sorting problem work points to abandon the original primitive election mode while the use of the automatic feeding of electromagnetic vibrating feeder conveyor chain conveyor mechanism variable speed matching computer indirect discrimination soft capsules visual system quality high-speed blow nozzle soft capsule products tolerance approach to sorting softgel products the maximum speed of up to 10 sorting / s or more. The advantage of this technology is the maximum one which greatly improves the separation efficiency the second is due to avoid the manual sorting determined by feel and experience soft capsules size of products and the false pass substandard products or to fail products judged as qualified products resulting in false detection of the case.
