Abstract

With the enlargement of enterprises in scale and competition intensifies, enterprise management requirements of integration management and refinement direction to change. Implement the overall budget management, can effectively integrate enterprise resources, reduce the cost, obtain the total cost advantage, and to cultivate the core competitive capacity of enterprises. How to recognize the comprehensive budget management, set up a set of compliance with this enterprise actual the comprehensive budget management system, and is a good enterprise budget management work of the key. However, the overall budget c&d for the research also scarce. Therefore the c&d earnest comprehensive budget management design of this important research subject is very necessary.
