企業(yè)的資金管理貫穿于企業(yè)管理的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)，在企業(yè)管理中具有核心職能。資金是企業(yè)賴以生存的重要因素，如何管理好企業(yè)的資金是企業(yè)司庫們應(yīng)盡的職責(zé)。隨著社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的建立和企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)機(jī)制的轉(zhuǎn)換,市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)愈來愈激烈。企業(yè)要在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中立于不敗之地,必須提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,追求企業(yè)財(cái)富最大化,這時(shí)財(cái)務(wù)管理尤為重要,而財(cái)務(wù)管理又必須要以資金管理為中心,以確保企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)正常進(jìn)行和健康發(fā)展。在企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)活動(dòng)中,資金始終關(guān)系到企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展。因此,資金管理是企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理的核心內(nèi)容。如何加強(qiáng)資金管理,提高資金使用效益,是每個(gè)企業(yè)所面臨的重要課題。xx煤炭經(jīng)銷公司要在市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)中站穩(wěn)腳跟,只有牢牢抓住資金管理這個(gè)中心,深入研究聚財(cái)、生財(cái)和用財(cái)之道,采取行之有效的管理和控制措施,疏通資金流轉(zhuǎn)環(huán)節(jié),以達(dá)到提高企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的目標(biāo)。在目前我國(guó)企業(yè)集團(tuán)化趨勢(shì)越來越明顯情況下，如何加強(qiáng)并提升企業(yè)集團(tuán)的資金管理水平，提高對(duì)資金的調(diào)控能力和使用效益，就顯得尤為必要。貨幣資金是企業(yè)重要的財(cái)務(wù)資源。論文在總結(jié)xx煤炭經(jīng)銷公司資金運(yùn)營(yíng)特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,按照企業(yè)資金管理要精益化、集約化和規(guī)范化的目標(biāo)要求,從實(shí)際出發(fā),逐層深入,研究分析煤炭企業(yè)加強(qiáng)資金管理與控制的有效途徑。

Abstract

Enterprise in competition invincible, must improve economic efficiency, the pursuit of enterprise financial management, this wealth maximization is particularly important, and the financial management and must take money management as the center, in order to ensure the business activities of enterprises and the healthy development of normal. In the enterprise's financial activities, money is always related to the survival and development of enterprises. Therefore, the fund management is the core content of enterprise financial management. How to strengthen the financial management, improve efficiency in the use of funds, each enterprise is an important problem facing. In market economy, enterprises to gain a firm foothold, only hold funds management research center, the protection and use, accumulate wealth, take effective management and control measures, cash flow, to improve the enterprise economic benefit of the target. At present more and more obvious trend of enterprise group situations, how to strengthen and improve enterprise group of fund management level, and improve the ability of funds and the use efficiency, regulation is necessary. Money is an important enterprise financial resources. Based on summary of coal enterprise capital operation, on the basis of the characteristic according to enterprise capital management should lean, intensive and standardization of the goal request, embarks from the reality, step by step, analysis of coal enterprises to strengthen capital management and control in an effective way.
