摘 要
xx證券公司融資一直難為金融監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)所接受。在我國目前證券公司整個(gè)營運(yùn)資金中，證券公司營運(yùn)資金結(jié)構(gòu)不合理及部分券商資金的缺乏，限制了券商業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展。
在研究過程中，本文以證券公司的融資問題創(chuàng)新為重點(diǎn)，借鑒國外有關(guān)證券市場(chǎng)金融創(chuàng)新研究的方法和思路，將對(duì)融資融券制度進(jìn)行深入研究，并針對(duì)券商的融資方式和渠道進(jìn)行深入探討和大膽創(chuàng)新，以進(jìn)一步深化xx證券市場(chǎng)金融創(chuàng)新的研究，并滿足證券公司融資的迫切需要。
本文首先介紹了證券公司資金狀況與融資渠道現(xiàn)狀。接著從不同角度分析券商對(duì)融資的需求，指出融資對(duì)券商業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展和自身成長的影響。第三部分提出了融資融券制度創(chuàng)新與發(fā)展。最后，得出結(jié)論及相關(guān)政策建議。

Abstract
China Securities Corporate Finance has been quite a task for financial regulators to accept. Securities companies in China's current working capital in the securities company's working capital structure is irrational, and some brokerages lack of funding limits the brokerage business.
In the course of this paper, the financing of the securities firm focused on innovation, learning from foreign financial innovation of the stock market methods and ideas, will-depth study of margin trading system, and financing for the broker and channel depth explore and bold innovation, to further deepen the financial innovation of China's stock market, and to meet urgent financing needs of securities firms.
This study first describes the status of funds and securities companies financing channel status. Then from a different angle on the financing needs of securities firms that broker business development and financing of the development of their own. In the third part of the proposed margin trading system innovation and development. Finally, the study concluded and the relevant policy recommendations.
