摘要
2007 年以來(lái)，美國(guó)次貸危機(jī)進(jìn)一步從金融層面?zhèn)鲗?dǎo)到實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)層面，進(jìn)而演變?yōu)榻鹑谖C(jī)，危機(jī)的國(guó)際傳導(dǎo)效應(yīng)增大了全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)更趨復(fù)雜。在此背景下，我國(guó)的出口貿(mào)易也不可避免地受到影響。
論文以深圳xx公司為研究對(duì)象，從次貸危機(jī)的定義入手，歸納和總結(jié)了各國(guó)學(xué)者關(guān)于次貸危機(jī)的研究成果，概括了次貸危機(jī)的傳導(dǎo)和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)；分析了xx公司遭遇金融危機(jī)的現(xiàn)狀；歸納出其遭遇金融危機(jī)的原因；并為xx公司應(yīng)對(duì)金融危機(jī)提出了相應(yīng)的策略。
內(nèi)部主要原因有：企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力差和缺乏核心技術(shù)和自主品牌、缺乏骨干人才和資金注入、出口市場(chǎng)過(guò)度集中；外部原因有：發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家需求萎縮、匯率上升、出口政策的打擊等。在金融危機(jī)應(yīng)對(duì)的建議方面，本文基于對(duì)xx公司遭遇金融危機(jī)的原因的分析，提出了有效的建議。從xx公司自身情況和國(guó)家的現(xiàn)實(shí)出發(fā)，主要針對(duì)微觀和宏觀兩方面：一是提高企業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新能力；二是提供良好的企業(yè)環(huán)境、提高高新技術(shù)企業(yè)的技術(shù)水平和建立有中國(guó)特色的科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化機(jī)制。希望能夠?qū)τ谖覈?guó)企業(yè)解決現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題有所指導(dǎo)。
