摘 要

企業(yè)財務(wù)狀況的好壞直接影響企業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展，進(jìn)而影響我國的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會穩(wěn)定。對企業(yè)財務(wù)風(fēng)險管理進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)深入的研究，具有極為重要的意義。財務(wù)風(fēng)險識別是企業(yè)財務(wù)風(fēng)險管理的第一步，財務(wù)風(fēng)險識別工作進(jìn)行的是否全面、深刻直接影響整個財務(wù)風(fēng)險管理工作的最終結(jié)果;財務(wù)風(fēng)險度量是企業(yè)財務(wù)風(fēng)險管理的核心內(nèi)容。由于我國關(guān)于財務(wù)風(fēng)險管理理論的研究還處于起步階段，因此研究我國企業(yè)財務(wù)風(fēng)險的識別和度量方法具有非常重要的理論價值和現(xiàn)實意義。本文在總結(jié)財務(wù)風(fēng)險各種識別方法的基礎(chǔ)上，針對我國企業(yè)財務(wù)風(fēng)險的特點(diǎn)，指出我國企業(yè)各種財務(wù)風(fēng)險的識別方法。
運(yùn)用實證研究，定性，定量方法，通過分析xx水泥公司的財務(wù)報表及相關(guān)財務(wù)指標(biāo)，分析其企業(yè)存在的問題，提出關(guān)于我國企業(yè)財務(wù)風(fēng)險管理的對策。本文選擇xx水泥公司作為研究對象，先從財務(wù)指標(biāo)的角度評價該公司的財務(wù)風(fēng)險，得出該公司具有很大財務(wù)風(fēng)險的結(jié)論，接著針對該公司的財務(wù)風(fēng)險控制進(jìn)行深入研究，以便降低財務(wù)風(fēng)險。

Abstract

The financial situation of enterprises a direct impact on the survival and development of enterprises, thereby affecting our country's economic development and social stability. Financial risk management for enterprise-depth study of the system, of great importance. Financial Risk Identification is the first step to financial risk management, financial risk of the work carried out to identify whether a comprehensive, profound direct impact on the management of the entire financial risk of the final results; financial risk measure of financial risk management is the core content. As a result of China's financial risk management theory on the study is still in its initial stage, the study of the financial risks of China's enterprises to identify and measure a very important theoretical value and practical significance. At the conclusion of this paper, a variety of identification methods of financial risk on the basis of the financial risk for China's enterprises characteristics, pointing out that China's enterprises to identify the various methods of financial risk.
The use of empirical research, qualitative and quantitative methods, through the analysis of financial statements ulaan Cement and related financial targets, analyze their business problems, China's enterprises on financial risk management solutions. In this paper, cement ulaan choice for the study, from the perspective of financial indicators to eva luate the company's financial risk, the company reached with the conclusions of a large financial risk, and then for the company's financial risk management to conduct in-depth study in order to reduce the financial risk.
