摘 要
隨著ISO 9000系列標準在全球的影響越來越深刻，許多小企業(yè)為迎接我國入世、早日進入全球大市場和提高自身競爭力的需要，在探討或進行IS0 9000認證。在工廠認證的理論與實踐中我體會到現(xiàn)代管理理論和ISO 9000系列標準是相輔相成的:一方面，企業(yè)運作過程中已暴露出來。或潛在的許多管理問題，以IS0 9000認證為手段可得到解決;另一方面，認證過程中不可避免地會遇到管理問題，可運用現(xiàn)代管理理論來求解。
論文以質量管理理論和IS0 9000認證體系理論為依據，采用案例分析法、調查研究法和系統(tǒng)分析法，對xx變頻器進行IS0 9000認證前后進行了剖析。首先概括介紹xx變頻器實施IS0 9000體系的現(xiàn)狀，其次根據實施現(xiàn)狀提出問題，再次通過分析研究找出原因，最后提出解決完善對策，得出相關結論。第一，通過IS0 9000認證是進入市場的通行證。企業(yè)要求得生存與發(fā)展，必須強化實施IS0 9000體系，建立一整套現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理制度，規(guī)范企業(yè)活動。第二，建立完善的質量管理體系是提高企業(yè)管理水平的必由之路。一套與企業(yè)相適應的管理體系，腀@浞址⒒猶逑檔淖饔?，蕵嫬绥R鬧柿抗芾砉ぷ鞴娣痘?、标姿E?。抵R?，IS0 9000質量管理體系的核心是持續(xù)改進。只有持續(xù)改進，才能使質量管理體系更完善。希望本文的研究有助于提高xx變頻器公司的質量管理水平，提升公司的競爭力，以實現(xiàn)公司的持續(xù)快速發(fā)展。

Abstract
With the ISO 9000 series of standards in the world more and more profound impact, many small businesses to meet our country's accession to the WTO as soon as possible to enter the global market and improve their own competitiveness needs, to explore or IS0 9000 certification. Certification in a factory in the theory and practice I realized that the modern management theory and ISO 9000 series of standards are complementary to each other.Many of the management of potential issues in order to IS0 9000 certification as a means can be solved; on the other hand, the certification process will inevitably face management, the use of modern management theory can be solved.
Based on the theory of quality control and IS0 9000 quality system, the author has analyzed company’s' situation in different stage during the application of IS0 9000 by case study, investigation and system aticanalysis. Firstly, the article briefly introduces the current situation of implementing IS0 9000 system about the Heilongjiang Si luck electricity Limited company. Secondly, it listed the problems according to the present situation, analyzed to find out the problems and make out the reasons, finally, carries out the counter-measures to solve the problems. Some conclusions were been made :a) IS0 9000 can serve as passport to go into the market at most times. The company should to put IS09 000 into effect, to set up a whole modern management system, and to standardize the company's activity. b) Established a perfect quality control system is necessary in improving the enterprise management. A suitable management system can bring the system into full play and make the quality management been standardized. c) The key of the IS0 9000 quality control system is continuous improving .The author hopes the research working of this article could help the Heilongjiang Si luck electricity Limited company to improve the quality control system and enhance its competitive capacity to speed up the development of the Heilongjiang Si luck electricity Limited company.
