摘 要
中小企業(yè)是推動(dòng)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展，構(gòu)造市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)主體，促進(jìn)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)力量。特別是當(dāng)前，中小企業(yè)在確保國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)適度增長(zhǎng)、緩解就業(yè)壓力、實(shí)現(xiàn)科教興國(guó)、優(yōu)化經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)等方面均發(fā)揮著越來(lái)越重要的作用。正因?yàn)橹行∑髽I(yè)在各國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)占據(jù)的地位如此重要，所以它們競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的強(qiáng)弱也就直接影響一個(gè)國(guó)家競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的高低。在全球化的背景下，我國(guó)迫切需要提升中小企業(yè)的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，從而提高整個(gè)國(guó)家的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
論文以“理論闡述—發(fā)現(xiàn)問題—解決問題”為思路，分析了xx公司的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力現(xiàn)狀，研究探討了影響公司提升國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的障礙和存在的問題，指出xx公司應(yīng)該構(gòu)建核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，提高企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力，走品牌化道路等方法。

Abstract
The small and medium-sized enterprise is foundation strength to impel the national economy and the social development, structure market economy main body and promote social stability development. Specially current, the small and medium-sized enterprise is guaranteeing the national economy moderate growth, alleviates aspect and so on employment pressure, realization rely on science and education to rejuvenate the nation, optimization economic structure, is playing the more and more vital role. Since the small and medium-sized enterprises are so important in every country’s economic, the international competitive capacity directly affect that of a country. Hence, in globalization background, we have to improve the international competitive capacity of the small and medium-sized enterprise in China in order to raise that of the whole country.
In this paper, "expound the theory - found the problem - solve the problem" for ideas and analysis of the Wukuang company of the international competitiveness status, study the impact of enhancing the international competitiveness problems and barriers in Wukuang company and it should build core competitiveness, enhance the management capacity and enhance their innovation capability and so on.
