摘 要
現(xiàn)金是企業(yè)資本財(cái)富的一種資產(chǎn)表現(xiàn)，是企業(yè)的血液，企業(yè)沒(méi)有利潤(rùn)可以正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，但是沒(méi)有現(xiàn)金周轉(zhuǎn)就會(huì)陷入破產(chǎn)的困境。在企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)管理中，現(xiàn)金流量管理的理念與方法對(duì)于企業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展至關(guān)重要。一個(gè)良好的現(xiàn)金流管理可以使企業(yè)在經(jīng)營(yíng)中達(dá)到一本萬(wàn)利的效果，否則，嚴(yán)重制約企業(yè)的生存與發(fā)展。因此加強(qiáng)現(xiàn)金流管理，改善企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)狀況，對(duì)現(xiàn)金流量進(jìn)行有效的控制預(yù)測(cè)與分析，確保企業(yè)有充足的且高質(zhì)量的現(xiàn)金流量，提高獲得未來(lái)現(xiàn)金流量的能力，對(duì)我國(guó)企業(yè)的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展有重要意義。
本文在現(xiàn)金流量的有關(guān)概念、理論的基礎(chǔ)上，利用定性分析與定量分析結(jié)合的方法，對(duì)企業(yè)現(xiàn)金流量管理的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行逐步深入的分析，進(jìn)而發(fā)現(xiàn)公司現(xiàn)金流量管理存在的諸多管理弊端，提出切實(shí)可行的現(xiàn)金流量管理改善對(duì)策。

Abstract
The cash is a kind of property performance in the enterprise capital wealth, and is the enterprise's blood, the enterprise can also in the normal work without the profit , but it will fall into bankrupt the difficult position because have no cash to turnover . In enterprise's management and operation, the cash flow management's idea and the method is very important to the development of company. A good cash flow management may enable the enterprise to achieve the prize investment in the management the effect, otherwise, restricts enterprise's survival and the development seriously. Therefore strengthens cash flow management, the improvement business finance condition, carries on the effective control to the cash flow to forecast and to analyze, guaranteed that the enterprise has sufficiently, and the high grade cash flow, will enhance obtains in the future the cash flow ability, will have the important meaning to our country Enterprise's long-term development.
This article to cash flow's related concept, in the theory foundation, the use qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis union's method, carries on gradually the thorough analysis to the enterprise cash flow management's present situation, then the discovery company cash flow management existence's many management malpractice, proposes the practical and feasible cash flow management improvement countermeasure.
