摘要

根據(jù)現(xiàn)代企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理理論和實(shí)踐，利潤最大化和企業(yè)價(jià)值最大化是到目前為止在我國和西方國家廣泛認(rèn)同的企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理目標(biāo)，企業(yè)價(jià)值型的管理成為企業(yè)管理的核心，而企業(yè)價(jià)值的提升則成為企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理和戰(zhàn)略管理的主線。各種籌資方式及其不同組合類型決定著企業(yè)的資本結(jié)構(gòu)及其變化，以及當(dāng)企業(yè)資本結(jié)構(gòu)處于什么狀態(tài)時(shí)，最能使企業(yè)價(jià)值最大。如何優(yōu)化企業(yè)的資本結(jié)構(gòu)，使企業(yè)資本成本最小，企業(yè)價(jià)值最大，已是目前國內(nèi)大多數(shù)學(xué)者共同探討的熱門話題。
本文以xx集團(tuán)股份有限公司資本結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化為切入點(diǎn)，運(yùn)用經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、財(cái)務(wù)分析學(xué)、財(cái)務(wù)管理學(xué)等基本理論知識(shí)，立足于xx集團(tuán)股份有限公司的企業(yè)實(shí)際，分析企業(yè)當(dāng)前資本結(jié)構(gòu)的不合理因素，期望通過多方面的調(diào)整來優(yōu)化企業(yè)的資本結(jié)構(gòu)，從而達(dá)到目標(biāo)資本結(jié)構(gòu)，促進(jìn)企業(yè)的發(fā)展，提升企業(yè)的價(jià)值。
