摘要
當(dāng)前，研究企業(yè)財務(wù)風(fēng)險管理問題，對于推進我國現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度的建立和完善，保障企業(yè)更好的生存與發(fā)展，具有明顯的現(xiàn)實意義和一定的學(xué)術(shù)價值。
文章以國營xx冶金鑄造廠為研究對象，以企業(yè)財務(wù)風(fēng)險的相關(guān)理論為基礎(chǔ)，采用財務(wù)比率分析法對國營xx冶金鑄造廠當(dāng)前的財務(wù)狀況進行分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)國營xx冶金鑄造廠在一定程度上存在財務(wù)風(fēng)險。并且針對不同的風(fēng)險提出了具體的防范措施。文章還指出了企業(yè)財務(wù)風(fēng)險管理活動中存在的問題，通過建立具體的財務(wù)風(fēng)險預(yù)警模型說明了企業(yè)應(yīng)如何來識別風(fēng)險，加強財務(wù)風(fēng)險的管理。從而實現(xiàn)企業(yè)價值的最大化。

Abstract
At present， research firm control of financial risks， promoting China's establishment of modern enterprise system and improve and protect enterprises better the survival and development， with Obviously some of the practical and academic value.
Taking the state-owned Hua Jin Metallurgical Foundry as the research object， and based on the theory of enterprise’s financial risk， the paper use the financial ratio analysis to find this factory’s related financial situation and then find Hua Jin factory’s financial risk existed to some extent. Also， proposes specific preventive measures for different risks. The article also pointed out existing problems that the enterprise's financial risk management activities existed， and establish early warning models of financial risk in order to advice the enterprise how to identify the risk， and to enhance their financial risk management. Finally， make the factory achieve the maximization of corporate value.
