銀行傳統(tǒng)資產(chǎn)負(fù)債業(yè)務(wù)的利差收入空間有限,銀行比以往更多地依賴于中間業(yè)務(wù)收
入,這已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)代商業(yè)銀行是否具備可持續(xù)發(fā)展的一個(gè)重要標(biāo)志。中間業(yè)務(wù)可以
向商業(yè)銀行提供穩(wěn)定增長的收入流,較少受到經(jīng)濟(jì)周期的波動(dòng)性影響,有利于商業(yè)
銀行有效進(jìn)行資源整合,發(fā)揮對(duì)存貸款業(yè)務(wù)的聯(lián)動(dòng)作用。中間業(yè)務(wù)所表現(xiàn)的幾個(gè)突
出特征是:中間業(yè)務(wù)收入與總資產(chǎn)的比例隨著銀行規(guī)模而增加;增長速度遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超過
銀行資產(chǎn)的增長;國際大型銀行的中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展快于中、小銀行。在20世紀(jì)的最后
50年當(dāng)中,商業(yè)銀行的中間業(yè)務(wù)收入呈現(xiàn)出高速增長,占主營收入比重不斷提高,
世界前50名銀行資產(chǎn)負(fù)債表中的“其他營業(yè)收入”對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的存貸利差收入的比例,
也在不斷提高。
傳統(tǒng)上以存貸款為主營業(yè)務(wù)的商業(yè)銀行順其時(shí)代發(fā)展潮流,要滿足對(duì)商業(yè)銀行
多元化的新需求,在金融需求與金融供給的均衡過程中,以擴(kuò)大商業(yè)銀行信用中介
范圍為主要內(nèi)容和特征的代理、擔(dān)保、承諾、信用證等逐漸發(fā)展起來,成為商業(yè)銀
行中間業(yè)務(wù)起步的標(biāo)志。
目前,國外商業(yè)銀行的中間業(yè)務(wù)已進(jìn)入成熟階段,我國理論界對(duì)我國商業(yè)銀行中
間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的意義與必要性、市場開發(fā)的可能性都做了深入地探討,為我國商業(yè)銀行
的發(fā)展指明了方向。我國商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)也在近幾年開始起步,并且已經(jīng)看到了其
廣闊的發(fā)展前景,但總體開展進(jìn)度不夠理想,仍有很大的業(yè)務(wù)拓展空間。
筆者本篇論文闡述了我國商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,借鑒國外銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)
的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合在中間業(yè)務(wù)部的工作實(shí)際,對(duì)從事過的資產(chǎn)管理、銀保合作、財(cái)務(wù)
顧問等中間業(yè)務(wù)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行了重點(diǎn)論述,針對(duì)國有商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展中存在的難點(diǎn)
問題進(jìn)行了剖析,創(chuàng)新之處在于運(yùn)用對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增加值的貢獻(xiàn)度作金融產(chǎn)品之間的對(duì)比,
解析中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的重要性,并就拓展進(jìn)度的具體對(duì)策進(jìn)行了探討。本文主要分為五
