摘要：經(jīng)濟(jì)自由化和全球化已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)今世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不可抗拒的歷史潮流，金融服務(wù)貿(mào)易自由化是世界經(jīng)濟(jì)自由化和全球化的一個(gè)重要方面。全球金融服務(wù)貿(mào)易自由化的加速發(fā)展，必將對(duì)整個(gè)世界特別是對(duì)發(fā)展中國(guó)家的經(jīng)濟(jì)和金融的發(fā)展帶來(lái)巨大的影響。此文主要對(duì)中國(guó)金融服務(wù)業(yè)對(duì)外開(kāi)放的進(jìn)程進(jìn)行研究、分析外資銀行進(jìn)入對(duì)東道國(guó)影響的國(guó)際經(jīng)驗(yàn)和外資銀行進(jìn)入中國(guó)對(duì)中國(guó)銀行業(yè)的影響。同時(shí)對(duì)外資銀行進(jìn)入對(duì)中國(guó)銀行業(yè)的效應(yīng)進(jìn)行分析，提出面對(duì)全球金融服務(wù)貿(mào)易自由化的趨勢(shì)，應(yīng)該遵循和采取以下原則和策略。

Abstract: The economical liberalization and the globalization already become now the world economics to develop the irresistible historical trend, the financial service trade liberalization are the world economics liberalization and a globalization important aspect. The global finance service trade liberalization accelerates to develop, will certainly to be specially brings the huge influence to the entire world to the developing nation economy and the financial development. This article mainly conducts the research, the analysis foreign capital bank to the Chinese finance service industry opening to the outside world advancement enters to the host country influence international experience and the foreign capital bank enters China to the Chinese Banking industry's influence. Meanwhile enters to the foreign capital bank to the Chinese Banking industry's effect carries on the analysis, proposed facing the global finance service trade liberalization tendency, should follow and adopt following principle and the strategy.
