中文摘要

隨著經(jīng)濟全球化到來和市場經(jīng)濟的深入發(fā)展，中小企業(yè)在國民經(jīng)濟中的比例越來越大，在國民經(jīng)濟中的地位也越來越重要，然而它們在人力資源管理特別是薪酬管理方面，還存在著許多不規(guī)范與不科學的地方，它們正阻礙著我國中小企業(yè)的進一步發(fā)展，本文首先分析了薪酬管理的相關概念及理論進行了論述，然后對其中的一些常見問題及產(chǎn)生原因進行了一些分析，并就此提出一些對策，希望對中小企業(yè)發(fā)展起到一定的指導和幫助。

Abstract

  Along with economy globalization arrival and market economy of thorough development, medium the small business enterprise is in the comparison in the national economy more and more big, in the position in the national economy also more and more importance, however they at human resource management especially salary management aspect, also existence many not norm and not scientific place, they just bar our country medium small business enterprise of further development, this text first analysis salary management of related concept and theories carried on discuss, then as to it's medium of some familiar problem and creation the reason carried on some analysis, and now put forward some counterplan, hope rightness in small business enterprise development arrive certain of instruction and help.
