摘    要



存貨是企業(yè)管理的一項(xiàng)重要功能，其管理的好壞，直接影響企業(yè)資金占用水平及資產(chǎn)運(yùn)作效率效果，而且在滿足顧客服務(wù)方面也起著至關(guān)重要的作用。隨著市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展，存貨管理被賦予了更多的內(nèi)涵和功能，一直受到普遍關(guān)注。存貨管理的任務(wù)就是要最大限度的提高系統(tǒng)的服務(wù)水平，降低存貨譆@殺荊跚科笠凳諧【赫Α�



論文對(duì)存貨管理的基本原理進(jìn)行了闡述，重點(diǎn)介紹了存貨的定義、方法以及存貨管理的概念、內(nèi)容、目的，對(duì)ABC分類管理法、經(jīng)濟(jì)訂購(gòu)批量模型等進(jìn)行了討論。



本文以某廠為研究對(duì)象，對(duì)其存貨管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)查和分析，找出了存在著庫(kù)存大量積壓、控制方法不科學(xué)信息化程度低等問(wèn)題，提出了加強(qiáng)ABC分類管理、加強(qiáng)信息化存貨管理為手段、以供應(yīng)鏈下的存貨控制為途徑、建立嚴(yán)格的內(nèi)部控制制度為保障等具體的改進(jìn)措施，最后從供應(yīng)鏈管理的角度提出了對(duì)存貨管理的改進(jìn)設(shè)想。希望通過(guò)本文的研究，能夠給霞開(kāi)電器廠的存貨管理問(wèn)題提出有效的解決辦法。

ABSTRACT



The goods in stock are a business management important function, its management quality, affects the enterprise fund to take the level and the property operation efficiency effect directly, moreover is satisfying the customer to serve the aspect also to play the very important role. Along with the market economy unceasing development, the inventory management has entrusted with more connotations and the function, receives the universal attention continuously.The inventory management duty is must maximum limit enhance the system the service level, reduces the goods in stock total cost, how strong enterprise market competitive power.



The paper has carried on the elaboration to the inventory management basic principle, introduced with emphasis stores goods the definition, the method as well as the inventory management concept, the content, the goal, to the ABC classification control law, the economical order batch model and so on have carried on the discussion.



This article opens the electric appliance plant take the Nanjing rosy cloud as the object of study, has carried on the investigation and the analysis to its inventory management present situation, discovered has had the stock massive backlogs, the control method unscientific informationization degree low status question, proposed strengthened the ABC classification management, the enhancement informationization inventory management for the method, take supplies under the chain the inventory control as the way, the establishment strict internal control system for the safeguard and so on the concrete improvement measure, finally from supplied the angle which the chain managed to propose to the inventory management improvement tentative plan.The hope through this article research, can open the electrical equipment factory to the rosy cloud the inventory management question to propose the effective solution.
