基于UG的電話機(jī)機(jī)座注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)及仿真分析

摘要： 
     本設(shè)計(jì)選用電話機(jī)上殼注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求對(duì)實(shí)體模型測(cè)量電話機(jī)上殼產(chǎn)品的尺寸，對(duì)實(shí)體進(jìn)行建模，并對(duì)塑件的模具進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)，包括塑件成品的設(shè)計(jì)、工藝參數(shù)的分析與計(jì)算、工作部分的設(shè)計(jì)、模具結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)，其中重點(diǎn)本設(shè)計(jì)介紹了注射成型的基本原理，分型面的設(shè)計(jì)，以及對(duì)注塑產(chǎn)品提出了基本的設(shè)計(jì)原則；詳細(xì)介紹了冷流道注射模具澆注系統(tǒng)。同時(shí)借助UG軟件進(jìn)行模具設(shè)計(jì)，以及運(yùn)用MasterCAM軟件對(duì)模具型芯、型腔進(jìn)行加工仿真，最終完成了設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)。通過設(shè)計(jì)，得出該注塑模具的方案可行。

Title    The telephone base based on UG injection mold design           and simulation analysis                    

Abstract
The design is the shell mold design phones. According to design requirements of the entity model to measure the phone on the size of  Shell products. In designing the mold, it is including the design of the finished plastic products, processing part and the structure of mold，parting surface design. Besides these, it also includes the analysis and calculation of the technical parameter. The key point of this design is that in introduces the basic principle of executing by injection. And it also lay out the fundamental of the injected plastic products.  At the same time，this paper conduct the model designand plastic injection andanalysis by the UG software,conduce mold core and cavity processing simulation by the MasterCAM software. Finally completed the design task. Obtained through the design of the injection mold is feasible.
