濟(jì)菏高速公路的質(zhì)量管理


摘  要
隨著科技的進(jìn)步和社會(huì)的發(fā)展，人類從事的工程建設(shè)，科研開發(fā)等活動(dòng)越來(lái)越復(fù)雜。如何在規(guī)定的時(shí)間期限內(nèi)，按預(yù)定的目標(biāo)，保質(zhì)保量地完成某項(xiàng)任務(wù)，以獲得投資最大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益，已成為人們?nèi)找骊P(guān)注和重視的問(wèn)題。高速公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目固定性、形體龐大性、公路部分結(jié)構(gòu)的易損性，歷來(lái)是國(guó)家和企業(yè)投資的重點(diǎn)，高速公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量不僅關(guān)系到國(guó)家和企業(yè)投資的有效使用，而且還關(guān)系到國(guó)民生活的持續(xù)、安全和健康發(fā)展。
本文系統(tǒng)地介紹了項(xiàng)目、項(xiàng)目管理和項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理基本概念和管理方法，對(duì)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理中涉及到的項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量策劃，項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制，項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量保證，項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量改進(jìn)等問(wèn)題，進(jìn)行了分析和研究。最后通過(guò)實(shí)際案例結(jié)合濟(jì)菏高速公路監(jiān)理工作及公路工程施工監(jiān)理規(guī)范，對(duì)施工階段工程的質(zhì)量管理工作進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析。

Abstract
With the progress of science and technology of the development of society, the project construction and the scientific research which people deal with become more and more complicated. How to complete some task with high quality in formulate allotted time and in accordance with the predetermine objective to obtain the maximum benefit has become the problem which people concerned. The peculiarities of the project of highway construction are the fixed, the form and structure is very huge and parts of the road fragile. It’s always the emphasis of the investment of the country and the corporation. The quality of the highway construction not only concerned about the effective application of the investment of the country and the corporation, but also the sustained, safe and healthy of the living of the national.
This article systematic introduced the basic conception and the management method of project, project management and project quality management. And it analyses project quality plan, project quality control, project quality guaranty, project quality improve and so on. At last, we analyses the project quality management of Jihe highway construction deeply by means of practical case.
