摘要：
隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化，產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈和產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的逐步形成和發(fā)展，中小企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈管理（SCM）水平成為在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中非常重要的一個(gè)砝碼。如何有效地規(guī)劃和實(shí)施企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈管理對(duì)于絕大多數(shù)的中小企業(yè)來(lái)講，都是極大的挑戰(zhàn)，同時(shí)也是提升企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的絕好機(jī)遇。本文在國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)及供應(yīng)鏈管理理論的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合查閱到的一些數(shù)據(jù)調(diào)查資料對(duì)我國(guó)中小企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈管理過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的一些突出問(wèn)題做了一個(gè)較為簡(jiǎn)單的分析與探討，最后針對(duì)中小企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈管理中的問(wèn)題，提出一些有意義的對(duì)策建議，希冀對(duì)提高我國(guó)中小企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈管理水平有所裨益。

Analyses on the problem of SCM of our country’s Medium and small-sized enterprises


Abstract: With the world economics integration, the formation and development of industry chain and industry integration, SCM of our country’s medium and small-sized enterprises becomes a very important weight in the market competition. How to plan and implement SCM effectively is a big challenge to most medium and small-sized enterprises. Meanwhile, it is a good opportunity to promote enterprises’ competitive ability. This article is on the base of domestic and foreign related literature and SCM theory, and does a simple analyses and discussion about some prominent problems in the process of the SCM of our country’s Medium and small-sized enterprises,combining some consulted data and investigated materials. Fanally, this article proposes some significant measure suggestions to the problems of the SCM of our country’s Medium and small-sized enterprises, and hopes to provide some benefits to promote the SCM level of our country’s Medium and small-sized enterprises.
