摘要：
在信息時代，管理信息化不斷發(fā)展并日趨成熟。制造型企業(yè)信息化走在了很多傳統(tǒng)工業(yè)行業(yè)的前列，是信息化天然的優(yōu)勢行業(yè)。本文立足于中國制造型企業(yè)，首先對ERP行業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行了介紹，結合中國制造型企業(yè)的具體特點，著重分析了這些制造型企業(yè)ERP系統(tǒng)的應用中存在的問題，例如國外ERP本土化和國內ERP科學化、ERP供應商能力不足、ERP監(jiān)理商在實施過程中的缺失和制造業(yè)從業(yè)人員素質參差不齊等，最后對中國制造型企業(yè)如何有效地利用ERP系統(tǒng)提出了一些對策建議。

The Implementation and Application of ERP System in Chinese Manufacturing Enterprises


Abstract: In the information age, the informationization of management is gradually developing and being matured increasingly. The informationization of manufacturing enterprises, which possesses natural advantages of informationization, has been ahead of many traditional industries. Based on Chinese manufacturing enterprise, this article firstly introduces the developing situation of ERP system. After that, it emphatically analyzes the application of ERP systems as well as the problems existing widely in manufacturing enterprises. There are such problems as the localization of foreign ERP system, the scientization of local ERP system, the incompetence of ERP suppliers, the deficiency of ERP supervisor, the imperfection of the employees’ qualities in manufacturing industry and so on.Finally, it gives some effective suggestions on how to make good use of ERP system in Chinese manufacture enterprises.
