本文結(jié)合當(dāng)前我國(guó)中小民營(yíng)企業(yè)人力資源管理的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,對(duì)比分析了家族式管理和理性化團(tuán)隊(duì)管理這兩種常見的人力資源管理模式,探討了兩種人力資源管理模式在不同發(fā)展階段對(duì)中小民營(yíng)企業(yè)的影響。在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合我國(guó)國(guó)情,提出走一條適合我國(guó)中小民營(yíng)企業(yè)的人力資源管理模式發(fā)展路線,即由家族式管理模式轉(zhuǎn)型到一種復(fù)合型團(tuán)隊(duì)化管理模式,并結(jié)合企業(yè)實(shí)例,論證其可行性。最后,結(jié)合我國(guó)中小民營(yíng)企業(yè)實(shí)際和建立復(fù)合型團(tuán)隊(duì)管理模式面臨的問題,提出了切實(shí)可行的建議。

Research about Human Resources Management Models during Our Country’s Mmall and Medium-sized Private Enterprises’ Developing
Abstract:
On the base of the actuality and problems which our small and medium -sized private enterprises face now, this article analyzes the merits and demerits of two models of human resources management, family management and rational team management. It also discusses the effect on these enterprises in the different stage of these two models of management. On this basis, the article offers the way for these enterprises to change and develop their human resources management model. It is to say, they can change their family management into the rational team management. According to the problems in the human resources management model and the actuality of these enterprises, this article provides some practicable advice.
