摘 要
本工程為位于重慶市建的一幢二十六層綜合樓,樓高81m。樓內(nèi)設(shè)有商場(chǎng)、客房等。本文針對(duì)某市一高層商住樓,結(jié)合對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范的理解,對(duì)該建筑的給水系統(tǒng)、排水系統(tǒng)、消火栓給水以及自動(dòng)噴灑給水系統(tǒng),主要以設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算說(shuō)明的形式,進(jìn)行了初步探討。
該建筑共二十六層,一層、二層為商場(chǎng),三至二十六層為客房。在本設(shè)計(jì)中,主要內(nèi)容包括給水系統(tǒng),消防系統(tǒng),排水系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)和雨水系統(tǒng)。其中給水系統(tǒng)中采用無(wú)負(fù)壓增壓設(shè)備供水方式,直接由市政供水。消防系統(tǒng)中包括有消火栓滅火系統(tǒng)和自動(dòng)噴淋滅火系統(tǒng)及滅火器的配置部分。排水采用合流制排水,雨水采用重力內(nèi)排水的方式,及時(shí)地將屋面雨水排出。此外還包括了給水引入管,排水的排出至室外排水管道,流至室外污水處理廠。此外還涉及消防水池,水泵房,高位水箱等方面設(shè)計(jì)。

Abstract
This engineering is about water and wastewater a high rise and multiple-use building, which lying on chongqing city. If presses its high demarcation, this building belong to two high, which floor high 81metres.According to a commercial high-rise housing construction in a city,integrating the understanding of the design standards and parameters,this article makes a preliminary exploration mainly in the form of design calculations in the wate supply system,drainage system,hydrant water supply system and automatic sprinkle water supply system.
In the building, the first and second floor are shop.Besides, the floors from the three to the eight are hotels.In the design, the main contents include the water supply system , and the firefight system design with drain system. In addition, the domestic water supply system is pumped by auto rhythm pump in vertical division block: It adopt in the hot water system concentration heat the way, machine circulating, the hydrant system and automatic fire extinguishing system are both secondary pressure boosting. Rain water adoption the way that gravity inside drain ejects the house rainwater in time. Besides, the engineering includes district water and wastewater. For example, the designs for pump building and so on.
