摘要：我國(guó)中小型企業(yè)是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分，它在調(diào)整經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)，構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)等方面起著舉足輕重的作用，但目前我國(guó)的中小型企業(yè)管理存在一系列的缺點(diǎn)。因此，分析我國(guó)中小型企業(yè)管理存在的問(wèn)題，讓中小型企業(yè)安全、快捷地駛?cè)虢】蛋l(fā)展的道路，便顯得尤其有意義。本文通過(guò)敘述中小型企業(yè)管理的基本要求，闡明我國(guó)中小型企業(yè)管理的現(xiàn)狀、分析了中小型企業(yè)存在的管理制度、管理理念、管理技術(shù)等三個(gè)主要方面存在的突出問(wèn)題，最后提出了完善我國(guó)中小型企業(yè)的管理制度、樹(shù)立企業(yè)管理理念、提高管理技術(shù)水平的對(duì)策來(lái)解決中小型企業(yè)管理問(wèn)題。

Research about problems and solutions management of the Mid- and small-scale enterprise in our country


Abstract：Mid-and small-scale enterprise of our country is an important part of the national economy．It plays a pivotal role in the adjustment economic structure, constructs the harmonious society and so on. But the mid- and small-scale enterprise manages has a series of shortcomings now. Therefore, to analyze the existence question of mid- and small-scale enterprise manages appears especially important. This article expounded Mid-and small-scale enterprise’s management of our country the present situation through the elaboration management and enterprise management theory related．This article analyzed the management system，the management idea and the management technology that enterprise exists and so on three principal aspects questions. Through setting the consummation business management system, Setting the business management idea and information talented person to solves the problem for raises the level which mid- and small-scale enterprise manages.
