小型圖書資料室信息管理系統(tǒng)

摘要：根據(jù)小型圖書資料室的要求，論文主要完成對小型圖書資料室信息管理系統(tǒng)的需求分析、功能模塊劃分和數(shù)據(jù)庫設計，并由此設計了數(shù)據(jù)庫結構和應用程序。小型圖書資料室信息管理系統(tǒng)是典型的信息管理系統(tǒng)（MIS）,采用面向?qū)ο蟮某绦蛟O計語言Visual basic 6.0編寫而成。 其開發(fā)主要包括后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫的建立和維護以及前端的應用程序的開發(fā)兩個方面。該系統(tǒng)具有圖書借閱、編輯、查詢、統(tǒng)計、打印等功能。系統(tǒng)界面清晰，操作簡單，易于維護，系統(tǒng)的使用能夠促進圖書資料室管理工作的規(guī)范化和自動化，提高圖書資料室的現(xiàn)代化管理水平。

The Simple Library Management Information System


Abstract: In according to the requirement of the simple library , the requirement analysis、function model and database design of the simple library management information system have been achieved,I have designed database structure and application. The simple library management system is a typical Management Information System. which is written with programming language of Visual Basic 6.0.The development included building and maintenance of database ,the application’s development is included in it for the second. The system has the function of edition, query, statistics and printing and so on. The interface of the system is concise an easier to understand for its easy operation and maintenance. The application of the system will make the management of more scientific, standard and automatic so as to promote the level of modern management.
