摘要：
在我國實施改革開放的近三十年時間里，各類中小型企業(yè)迅速成長起來。然而因中小型企業(yè)產(chǎn)生的時間短，規(guī)模小，資金缺乏，管理經(jīng)驗不足，限制了其向前發(fā)展的步伐。本文作者通過對浙江省寧波市文體類中小型企業(yè)車間管理現(xiàn)狀進行實地考察與分析，找出其目前所存在的問題。根據(jù)5S管理模式，JIT管理模式，6σ管理模式等優(yōu)秀的管理模式，運用對比分析方法對該地區(qū)文體類企業(yè)在不同發(fā)展階段的車間管理提出改進措施，以提高文體類企業(yè)的車間運作能力。

The study on the workshop management strategy of small and
medium-sized stationery enterprises in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province


Abstract: Nearly 30-year period, China has experienced the reform and opening up. All kinds of small and medium-sized enterprises grow up rapidly. However, small and medium-sized enterprises found in a short time and in small scaled, and lack of funds and management experience, so these stop the paces of development. From the inspection and analysis of Management of stationery small and medium-sized enterprises Workshop in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, the article finds out what the problems exist. According to 5S management style, JIT management style and 6σmanagement style and so on, the article set forth measures to improvement of workshop management in different stages of development of stationery enterprises in this region, using Comparative analysis, to enhance the ability to operate the workshop of stationery enterprises .
