溫州民營企業(yè)對外投資的戰(zhàn)略與對策研究—以哈杉鞋業(yè)有限公司為例

摘 要：對外開放政策是我國的基本國策，在當(dāng)今全球經(jīng)濟一體化的大環(huán)境下，隨著中國加入了世界貿(mào)易組織，“走出去”成為很多必然的戰(zhàn)略選擇之一，民營企業(yè)尤為顯著。本文以哈杉鞋業(yè)有限公司為例，分析了民營企業(yè)對外投資的路徑和戰(zhàn)略，探討民營企業(yè)的跨國經(jīng)營對策。

Abstract: “Open Policy” is our country’s basic policy. With the globalization of world economy, China has entered WTO, and the “Walking-out” strategy is an inevitable selection to comply with the trend of globalization, the phenomenon of which is particularly remarkable in private enterprises. Basing on the cases of Wenzhou Hazan Shoes Co. Ltd., The thesis analyzes the strategies of foreign investment which are implemented in private enterprises, and discusses the countermeasures of doing multinational-business in private enterprises.
