摘 要
21世紀(jì)對(duì)于中國(guó)來說,是一個(gè)高速發(fā)展的時(shí)期,同時(shí)也是個(gè)激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的時(shí)代。面對(duì)激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境,如何取得、維護(hù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)成為本世紀(jì)的企業(yè)共同面臨的課題。一個(gè)企業(yè)與對(duì)手競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的資本既靠本身的市場(chǎng)潛力,也靠企業(yè)內(nèi)部的嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)管理。而本論文將以倉(cāng)庫(kù)物料管理做以相關(guān)研究。
在生產(chǎn)制造企業(yè)中,貨倉(cāng)是連接生產(chǎn)、供應(yīng)、銷售的中轉(zhuǎn)站,是生產(chǎn)的后勤部。其重要的工作還包括直接參與生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng),編制物料需求計(jì)劃,跟蹤物料消耗情況,及時(shí)提供物資信息及控制呆廢料的產(chǎn)生等等。良好的貨倉(cāng)管理能確保生產(chǎn)的順利進(jìn)行,同時(shí)也能降低物資成本的周轉(zhuǎn)率。在做好倉(cāng)庫(kù)物料管理的同時(shí),也要完善滯、廢物料的管理制度,廢料的處理最好辦法是集中統(tǒng)一處理,這需要靠各部門的通力配合。很多企業(yè)都不太重視廢品的處理,其實(shí)良好的廢品處理也能使企業(yè)的成本下降。
這次的研究是在對(duì)前人ERP中的庫(kù)存管理模塊研究的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)企業(yè)特點(diǎn)將庫(kù)存管理細(xì)化,提出具有企業(yè)自身特色的物料配發(fā)系統(tǒng)及庫(kù)存呆滯物料的解決方案。
本論文中,主要從以下三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行闡述:
第一部分我將對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)際應(yīng)用較廣的的ERP系統(tǒng)中的庫(kù)存管理模塊進(jìn)行有關(guān)調(diào)查,了解當(dāng)今倉(cāng)庫(kù)物料管理的特點(diǎn),通過分析倉(cāng)庫(kù)物料管理的特點(diǎn),對(duì)當(dāng)今的倉(cāng)庫(kù)物料管理有一個(gè)定性的了解。
第二部分主要對(duì)自己所實(shí)習(xí)企業(yè)(維珍妮內(nèi)衣有限公司)現(xiàn)在所用的ERP系統(tǒng)中的庫(kù)存管理模塊進(jìn)行調(diào)查。首先找出該企業(yè)物料配發(fā)時(shí)存在的問題;接著針對(duì)問題提出管理辦法及呆滯物料解決方案;最后設(shè)計(jì)相應(yīng)ERP系統(tǒng),并以網(wǎng)頁(yè)形式展示。
第三部分主要是對(duì)論文的成果做以介紹,這一部分也是全文的主體。成果是根據(jù)在企業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)當(dāng)中遇到的問題,將ERP系統(tǒng)中的庫(kù)存管理模塊結(jié)合企業(yè)自身狀況深入剖析,提出針對(duì)企業(yè)庫(kù)存管理模的流程優(yōu)化方案。此方案設(shè)計(jì)有其針對(duì)性,并將此前企業(yè)內(nèi)部的相關(guān)庫(kù)存管理程序優(yōu)化,最大程度地發(fā)揮物料資源的作用。
此論文的目的就是運(yùn)用所學(xué)讓企業(yè)以最低費(fèi)用和理想且迅速的流程,能適時(shí)、適量、適價(jià)、適質(zhì)的滿足使用部門的需要,減少損耗,發(fā)揮物料的最大效率,獲取利潤(rùn)的最大化。

ABSTRACT
For China, the 21st century is a period of rapid development, but also an era of intense competition. The face of fierce competition, how to obtain, maintain competitive advantage in this century issues facing businesses. A company's capital to compete in both the market potentialby itself, but also by the strict enterprise management. Storage of this paper will be made torelated research materialsmanagement.
In production enterprises, storage is the link of production, supply, sales of transfer station, is the production of the logistics department. Its important work also directly involved in the production and management, preparation of material requirements planning, tracking material consumption, time spent to provide material information and control the generation of waste and so on. Good storage management to ensure smooth production, while reducing the cost of goods turnover. In doing warehouse materials management, we must also improve the delay, waste material management system, the best way to deal with waste in a unified way, it needs to depend on the various departments cooperate. Many businesses pay little attention to waste handling, in fact, also makes good business waste disposal costs.
The study is in the ERP in the previous study of the inventory management module based on the characteristics of business, inventory management will be refined, made of materials with the company allotted its own characteristics, and inventory management programs sluggish materials solutions.
In this paper, I mainly explain the following three aspects:
First, I would have a wider domestic and international applications of the ERP system, inventory management module to conduct surveys, to understand the characteristics of today's warehouse materials management, warehouse materials management by analyzing the characteristics of materials management in today's warehouse to have a qualitative understanding .
The second part, the practice of their own business is now used in the ERP system to investigate the inventory management module. First of all find out when the company made material with a problem; then problem-management approach and dull material solutions;final design of the corresponding ERP system and do a web page to display.
The Third part is an outcome of the paper to do to introduce this part of the text is the subject. Results are based on business practice in which the problems encountered, the ERP system, inventory management module, combined with enterprise-depth analysis of their situation, make inventory management model for enterprise process optimization. This design has its specific, and had internal procedures related to inventory management, optimized to maximize the role of material resources.
The purpose of this paper is to allow enterprises to use what they have learned the ideal and the lowest cost and quick process, timely, adequate, suitable price, suitable material to meet the needs of user departments to reduce the loss, play materials for maximum efficiency, the maximization of profit .
