摘 要

工程為徐州市山南華府2號(hào)樓電氣工程，本樓為一梯三戶，一共有32層。供電電源引自小區(qū)變電站，電壓等級(jí)為380V/220V，采用樹干式，供電供電電源引自小區(qū)內(nèi)變電站，住宅用電負(fù)荷為每戶10KW。
設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容包括強(qiáng)電和弱電設(shè)計(jì)兩個(gè)部分。其中，強(qiáng)電設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容包括：配電系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、照明系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)及防雷與接地系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)；弱電設(shè)計(jì)包括：有線電視系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、訪客對講系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)、電話系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)及火災(zāi)報(bào)警系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)。
照明系統(tǒng)按環(huán)保節(jié)能標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)，其中包括燈具的選擇、照明干線、插座導(dǎo)線截面積的選擇以及導(dǎo)線的敷設(shè)方式。建筑物為第三類防雷建筑，防雷系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)在屋面上裝設(shè)避雷針與避雷帶相結(jié)合的接閃器。有線電視系統(tǒng)采用分配分支方式，用戶輸出口信號(hào)電平為68±4dB。本工程為一類高層建筑，消防系統(tǒng)及部分重要負(fù)荷采用雙電源同時(shí)供電，電源由變電站引來。

ABSTRACT

The project entitled Electrical Engineering design of Shannan Huafu Building 2, this floor is a staircase 3, a total of 32 layers.
