摘要:房地產(chǎn)作為國民經(jīng)濟中的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),在改革開放這么多年以來一直在蓬勃發(fā)展,而競爭壓力也越來越大,各式各樣的樓盤的涌現(xiàn)使得開發(fā)商都注重到了每一個細節(jié)。在銷售階段,廣告策略無疑是非常重要的環(huán)節(jié),本文基于國內(nèi)面前房地產(chǎn)銷售階段廣告策略問題并結(jié)合XX市361號地塊的自身狀況,研究并探討這一地塊的銷售階段的廣告媒介選擇和策略整合應(yīng)用。
文章采用了理論研究和實例分析研究相結(jié)合的方法,分析廣告對于房地產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要性以及如何對廣告媒介進行選擇和廣告作品所受到的影響因素,探討房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)建設(shè)階段前后的廣告策略研究,針對XX市361號地塊樓盤的廣告媒介與策略選擇應(yīng)用進行研究探討。

英文摘要:Real estate as a pillar industry of national economy in the reform and opening-up has been for so many years and flourish, and increasing competitive pressures, the emergence of a wide range of real estate developers have made to pay attention to every detail. Stage in the sales, advertising strategy is very important, this article is based on the national stage of the real estate sales combined with the issue of advertising strategies in Yangzhou No. 361 block of their own situation, research and to explore the sale of the land phase of the advertising medium Application selection and integration strategy.
