摘要

在已經(jīng)過去的兩個世紀里,工業(yè)發(fā)生了根本性的變化,科技進步對工業(yè)的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了前所未有強大動力。而在21世紀里,制造業(yè)仍然是影響國民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,提高人民生活水平的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),在現(xiàn)代化的汽車生產(chǎn)制造業(yè)中,基于大批量流水線生產(chǎn)的生產(chǎn)類型,提高生產(chǎn)效率,減低勞動成本,進而提高產(chǎn)品的經(jīng)濟效益成為衡量一個汽車制造商綜合競爭力的重要指標。在一條自動化生產(chǎn)線中如果一味利用人力資源進行操作,不僅會浪費不必要的勞動力資源,同時會大大降低整條線的生產(chǎn)效率,這是對廠方利潤的大大削減。基于這方面的原因,在生產(chǎn)實際中,常設計不同的機械產(chǎn)品應用于流水線之中,代替人手操作。本課題來源于xxx汽車公司專用設備廠設計一臺活塞環(huán)裝配機,要求將活塞環(huán)安全、快捷地裝到活塞上,實現(xiàn)活塞環(huán)的自動化裝配,便于發(fā)動機的裝配及維修,與發(fā)動機的其它生產(chǎn)流水線配套使用,進而提高勞動生產(chǎn)效率,降低生產(chǎn)成本。在課題的設計中,需要完成以下任務:(1)熟悉產(chǎn)品功能,考察相關產(chǎn)品,查閱相關資料,制定2-3種課題總體方案,進行優(yōu)劣比較,最終選定一種最終方案。(2)根據(jù)廠方的實際情況選擇動力源,確定傳動類型、傳動方案,進行數(shù)據(jù)分析。(3)進行具體零件的設計校核,數(shù)據(jù)處理。(4)完成圖紙的繪制。(5)完成廠方所布置的產(chǎn)品說明書的翻譯,整理打印。(6)整理設計資料,完成畢業(yè)設計論文。本產(chǎn)品的相關技術說明:活塞環(huán)張開時(使得活塞環(huán)能裝進活塞上,又不至于破壞到活塞環(huán)時),彎板在水平方向上移動的距離;活塞環(huán)裝配機中曲柄的旋轉(zhuǎn)角度;在活塞環(huán)裝配機中曲柄滑塊機構(gòu)的具體尺寸;氣缸的行程范圍及其型號的選擇等;最終實現(xiàn)活塞環(huán)的全自動裝配。經(jīng)過產(chǎn)品調(diào)研并查閱了相關資料我發(fā)現(xiàn),這類產(chǎn)品一般多用于單層生產(chǎn)線,產(chǎn)品精度要求不高,生產(chǎn)環(huán)境也沒有相關限制,承受的載荷不大,所以在材料的選取上常選用45號鋼。

But in the 21st century, the manufacturing industry still affects the national economy development, raises the lives of the people level the pillar industry, in the modernized automobile production manufacturing industry, based on the mass production-runs production type, enhances the production efficiency, decreases the cost of labor, then enhances the product the economic efficiency to become weighs a automobile manufacturer synthesis competitive ability the important target. In a automatic production line if carries on the operation constantly using the human resources, not only can waste the nonessential labor force resources, simultaneously can greatly reduce the entire coarse thread the production efficiency, this is to the factory profit big reduction. Based on this aspect reason, is actual in the production, often designs the different mechanical product to apply in the assembly line , replaces the manpower operation. This topic originates to the car of dongfeng company special equipment factory designs a piston curl assembly machine, requests to be safe the piston curl, quickly to install to the piston on, the realization piston curl automated assembly, is advantageous for the engine assembly and the service, with the engine other production assembly line necessary uses, then the enhancement labor production efficiency, reduces the production cost. Below the topic design, needs to complete the task: (1) the familiar product function, the inspection correlation product, the consult correlation data, formulates 2-3 kind of topic overall plan, carries on the fit and unfit quality comparison, finally designates one kind of final plan. (2) acts according to the factory the actual situation choice power supply, the definite transmission type, the transmission plan, carryon the data analysis. (3) carries on the concrete components the design examination, the data processing. (4) completes the blueprint the plan. (5) completes the product instruction booklet translation which the factory arranges, reorganizes the printing. (6) reorganizes the design material, completes the graduation project paper.
