云南紅酒莊體驗旅游對策研究

摘要:當(dāng)前旅游正從一種主要是休息、娛樂或觀光活動轉(zhuǎn)向一種生活方式的提高或者追求，正在日益成為一種個人發(fā)展以及生活方式形成的途徑。作為葡萄酒與旅游自然的結(jié)合，酒莊旅游在國外已經(jīng)有了一定程度的發(fā)展，形成一定的規(guī)模，在國內(nèi)主要的葡萄產(chǎn)區(qū)也有一定程度的發(fā)展，比如，煙臺張裕愛斐堡、卡斯特酒莊旅游的發(fā)展。在云南彌勒，200多年前的傳教士從法國引進了葡萄種子，云南得天獨厚的高原氣候，給予泊來的葡萄樹種最佳的生長環(huán)境，此地有獨一無二的“玫瑰蜜”品種。云南的葡萄酒產(chǎn)業(yè)也隨之發(fā)展起來。隨著葡萄酒產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展，酒莊旅游也在發(fā)展中形成了一種新的旅游形態(tài)。本文在對酒莊旅游概念深入了解的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合云南省酒莊旅游和云南紅酒莊旅游的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，進一步分析云南紅酒莊旅游發(fā)展中存在的問題，并給出相應(yīng)的解決方案。

This paper chateau tour concept the basis of deep understanding, combined with the winery in yunnan province and yunnan tourism red wine tourism development present situation of zhuang, further analysis yunnan red wine tourism zhuang problems existing in the development, and gives corresponding solutions.
