基于AT89S51的無(wú)線數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)


摘要： 基于AT89S51單片機(jī)及無(wú)線通信模塊，實(shí)現(xiàn)了遠(yuǎn)距離數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)由主站和從站兩部分組成。主站主要完成遠(yuǎn)距離現(xiàn)場(chǎng)數(shù)據(jù)的采集和處理，包括鍵盤輸入模塊、無(wú)線收發(fā)模塊和顯示模塊；從站由數(shù)據(jù)采集、鍵盤輸入、無(wú)線收發(fā)和信息顯示等四個(gè)模塊組成，主要完成現(xiàn)場(chǎng)數(shù)據(jù)的采集和向主站傳輸數(shù)據(jù)信息。設(shè)計(jì)中以溫度采集為例實(shí)現(xiàn)了無(wú)線數(shù)據(jù)采集，從站的溫度采集模塊的測(cè)量范圍為-20～+40℃，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)溫度可以實(shí)時(shí)顯示并通過(guò)無(wú)線傳輸方式上傳到主站。從站可以設(shè)置報(bào)警溫度，當(dāng)溫度高于報(bào)警溫度時(shí)，系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)報(bào)警并向主站發(fā)送報(bào)警信息數(shù)據(jù)。主站可以向從站發(fā)送指令，收集從站所測(cè)溫度值、報(bào)警溫度值及報(bào)警情況，并將從站的信息在液晶屏上顯示。

The design of wireless data collection system based on AT89S51

Abstract： The data collection system can collect remote data based on AT89S51 and wireless communication module. It includes two units, a host unit and a client unit. The host includes key input module, wireless module and display module. It can collect and process the distance data. The client includes temperature data collection module, key input module, wireless module and display module. The client is used to collect the field data and transmit information to the host. The design of wireless data collection takes temperature collection for example. The measurable temperature value of client ranges from -20 ℃ to +40℃.The field temperature can display instantly and transmit to the host through wireless module. It can also achieve alarming when the temperature is above the setting value and transmit the alarming information to the host. The alarming value can be set by user. The host sends command to control the client. It also receives temperature value, alarming value and alarming information from the client and displays the client information on a LCD.
