摘 要

本設(shè)計(jì)是根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)書的要求和《港口工程規(guī)范》的規(guī)定,對(duì)xx港某港區(qū)多用途碼頭進(jìn)行方案比選和設(shè)計(jì)并對(duì)沉箱部分的前壁和底板進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算。通過(guò)對(duì)碼頭的安全、經(jīng)濟(jì)、適用性等多方面的比較,確定沉箱碼頭為推薦方案。
在設(shè)計(jì)中,根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)書,進(jìn)行總平面設(shè)計(jì)、結(jié)構(gòu)選型和結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算三部分內(nèi)容。在總平面設(shè)計(jì)中,確定工程規(guī)模、選擇船型、對(duì)碼頭各尺度進(jìn)行計(jì)算以及裝卸工藝設(shè)計(jì),最終確定平面方案。結(jié)構(gòu)選型是根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)自重力、墻后土壓力、堆活荷載、門機(jī)荷載、船舶系攬力等各荷載情況對(duì)碼頭結(jié)構(gòu)型式進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)和驗(yàn)算。結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算是對(duì)碼頭進(jìn)行作用效應(yīng)組合,對(duì)其抗傾、抗滑穩(wěn)定性驗(yàn)算以及基床、地基承載力驗(yàn)算。并對(duì)部分主要構(gòu)件,如前壁、底板進(jìn)行內(nèi)力計(jì)算,并驗(yàn)算其抗裂性。
本設(shè)計(jì)的全部圖紙采用AutoCAD繪制。另外,還翻譯了與沉箱結(jié)構(gòu)相關(guān)的英文文獻(xiàn)。

ABSTRACT

This is designed according to the requirements of the port and waterway engineering and the standard of the provisions of the port container terminals, scheme and design, and the selection of caisson parts structure calculation. Based on analysis of geological conditions related to dock and combining the advantages and disadvantages of various forms of wharf, determine the container terminal USES gravity caisson.
In the design, the general layout divided into two parts and land-based. Then based on the general layout drawing.

The design of all AUTO CAD rendering drawings by addition, this paper also reviewed the “Summary of Rubble Mound Breakwater Design Equations ”design equation.
