摘   要

  近幾十年,中國經(jīng)濟(jì)迅速發(fā)展,中國的民營企業(yè)逐漸成為中國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的重要力量,但發(fā)展的同時(shí)問題也逐漸顯現(xiàn)出來,一個(gè)不容忽視的問題就是民營企業(yè)人才問題,尤其是民營企業(yè)人才流失問題,已逐漸成為制約民營企業(yè)發(fā)展的首要因素。本論文從民營企業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀、民營企業(yè)人才流失現(xiàn)狀、原因及解決對(duì)策出發(fā),進(jìn)行研究分析,希望能有效改善民營企業(yè)人才流失狀況,促進(jìn)民營人力資源管理水平的提高。

ABSTRACT

  In recent decades, chinese economic has been developping rapidly, China's private enterprises have become an important force in China's economy and society, but the development of the issues have been apparent, the problem can not be ignored is that private enterprise personnel, especially private enterprises brain drain Problem, restricting private enterprise has become the primary factor in the development. This paper from the status of private enterprises, private enterprises brain drain situation, cause and countermeasures starting research and analysis, this would hopefully improve the situation of brain drain of private enterprises, promotion of the private human resources management levels.
