摘 要：該建筑位于首都北京市,共三層,建筑面積約4200 m2,空調(diào)面積約2600 m2。,一樓商場層高4.5 m，二層辦公室層高為3.6m。三層普通客房的層高為3.3m。是一座綜合性大樓。其中一層包括商場，辦公大堂，空調(diào)機(jī)房等。二層是辦公室，會(huì)議室及休息室。三層是客房和會(huì)議室?；谠摻ㄖ亩喾N功能特點(diǎn)，并考慮到經(jīng)濟(jì)性和可行性，確定出該樓的空調(diào)系統(tǒng)方案為商場為全空氣式；其它采用風(fēng)機(jī)盤管加獨(dú)立新風(fēng)系統(tǒng)，并針對這種方案進(jìn)行了水管，風(fēng)管的布置，水力計(jì)算，設(shè)備選型及設(shè)備布置。

Abstract:The building lies in Beijing, amounts to three layers, about 4200 m2 of construction area , the area about 2600 m2 of the air conditioner. ,Story high 4.5 m of market on the first floor, it is 3.6m that the two -storyed office story is high. Story is high it is 3.3m in ordinary guest room of three stories. It is a comprehensive building. One of them story includes the market , handle official business in the hall, computer lab of air conditioner ,etc.. Two stories are the office, the meeting room and lobby . Three stories are the guest room and meeting room . On the basis of the many kinds of functions characteristic that should be built, and consider the economy and feasibility , determine the concrete and suitable systematic scheme of air conditioner of this floor, and carry on water pipe to the scheme, to decorate tuber pipe, water conservancy calculate equipment person who select and equipment assign.

前 言

四年的大學(xué)生活轉(zhuǎn)眼即去，在四年的學(xué)習(xí)中，我懂得了很多專業(yè)知識，但是還沒有形成一個(gè)完整的系統(tǒng)概念，為了使我們對空調(diào)設(shè)計(jì)有一個(gè)綜合的認(rèn)識，同時(shí)培養(yǎng)理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際工程實(shí)踐能力和整體思維，我們進(jìn)行了本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)。
隨著國內(nèi)外經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展，高層建筑也隨著需要相應(yīng)的快速發(fā)展起來，高層建筑的發(fā)展大大促進(jìn)了建筑技術(shù)，其中也包括暖通空調(diào)技術(shù)的發(fā)展。暖通空調(diào)能耗占全國總能耗的比例越來越大，因而各國都十分重視空調(diào)技術(shù)的發(fā)展。因此，空調(diào)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和運(yùn)行調(diào)節(jié)都須重視空調(diào)技術(shù)的新技術(shù)應(yīng)用。
本次設(shè)計(jì)題目為“北京富華綜合樓中央空調(diào)設(shè)計(jì)”，以商場、客房和辦公室為設(shè)計(jì)對象，以現(xiàn)行中央空調(diào)設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范，理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際，盡量使設(shè)計(jì)符合現(xiàn)場實(shí)際，在查閱大大量中外資料、文獻(xiàn)和參考手冊（書），并進(jìn)行了畢業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)的基礎(chǔ)上，進(jìn)行了空調(diào)機(jī)組的冷熱負(fù)荷計(jì)算，制冷系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算，水管系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算，以及相關(guān)空調(diào)，制冷設(shè)備的選型。以設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算結(jié)果及建筑的具體情況為依據(jù)，合理布置設(shè)備及通風(fēng)管路，最后繪制出清晰明確的工程圖紙。
在設(shè)計(jì)過程中，本人一直本著求實(shí)，認(rèn)真，勤學(xué)，勤問的態(tài)度，將這次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)視為專業(yè)結(jié)業(yè)的一次大閱兵，盡管不能盡善盡美，但求精益求精。但由于本人水平有限，在設(shè)計(jì)過程中難免有錯(cuò)誤之外，懇請老師和同學(xué)指正為謝!
