Noise Control Design of the Aero Motor Shafts Test Workshop in the South China
Abstract:Design subect is the noise control design of the aero motor shafts test workshop in the South China . The noises of engine group are mainly mechanical noises and vortex air flow noises when operating, belonging to the low and high frequency noises. The total weighted sound pressure level of engine group is 121.5 dB(A). And it requires that sound pressure level is ≤65 dB(A) in operating room after noise control. The measures of noise control: the wall of operating room is completely paved with 30mm thickness aluminum perforated acoustic panel, 100mm cavity; the ceiling is completely paved with 30mm thickness aluminum perforated acoustic panel, and 200mm cavity door is used as the sound insulation door. And the wall of test workshop is completely paved with 25mm thickness stainless steel perforated acoustic panel, 50mm cavity; using the sound lock double sound insulation door, the sizes are 2.4×1.64 m、2.149×1.04 m respectively; Double layer 3×8 mm thickness bulletproof glass sound insulation window, 50mm cavity; air inlet uses dissipative muffler, the size is 5×3×2 m, sound splitter is 150 mm thickness stainless steel protective facing. After noise control, the total sound pressure level of operating room is reduced from 121.5 dB(A)to 58.25 dB(A).
