摘 要 :
本課題主要研究的內(nèi)容是根據(jù)減速器設(shè)計的原始資料,研究減速器夠組成部件(包括齒輪、軸、軸承、上箱體和下箱體)的設(shè)計及校核方法。對齒輪減速箱設(shè)計進行功能分解,確立齒輪減速器三維參數(shù)化設(shè)計方法以及齒輪減速器零件(各主要傳動件,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件等)模型庫、總裝配庫的構(gòu)建方法。并用inventor虛擬軟件,進行二級圓錐圓柱齒輪機構(gòu)的三維建模,對圓錐圓柱減速器的機構(gòu)的組成,內(nèi)部傳動部件,進行裝配干涉分析、應(yīng)力應(yīng)變分析、運動仿真,最終生成二維工程圖。利用inventor虛擬軟件對所設(shè)計的產(chǎn)品進行三維建模,裝配,運動仿真和工程圖的產(chǎn)生等方面進行研究后發(fā)現(xiàn),干涉、應(yīng)力分析在CAD中是極其重要的內(nèi)容。從三維開始設(shè)計,在現(xiàn)有的軟件支持下,這個模型至少有可能表達出設(shè)計構(gòu)思的全部幾何參數(shù),整個設(shè)計過程可以完全在三維模型上討論,對設(shè)計的輔助就很容易迅速擴大的全過程,設(shè)計的全部流程都能使用統(tǒng)一的數(shù)據(jù),從三維開始的設(shè)計,二維工程圖的表達仍然要遵守傳統(tǒng)設(shè)計的要求。

Abstract:
