隨著電子計算機的日益普及，使用計算機早已是件很普通的事情了，但是真正把電子計算機時使用融入到我們的生活當(dāng)中卻是沒有實現(xiàn)的重要問題。而在日常的工作當(dāng)中很多人只是簡單的把計算機當(dāng)成打字機來使用，如果說當(dāng)前的計算機等于高級打字機的話那么就造成了資源的極大浪費，而這種浪費同時也是很多人都在進行著的，怎么才能將有限的資源實現(xiàn)最大化的應(yīng)用呢？這是人們在不斷探討和研究的重要問題。

網(wǎng)絡(luò)的產(chǎn)生給了我們資源開發(fā)的另外一個出路，就拿無紙化辦公來說吧！用計算機網(wǎng)絡(luò)和數(shù)字簽名和其他相關(guān)聯(lián)技術(shù)融合在一起就可以減少紙張的應(yīng)用，從而減少對于樹木的砍伐，給予世界更多的藍天。

針對我國電子政務(wù)建設(shè)過程中存在的主要問題進行了分析,并提出了相應(yīng)的對策,還借鑒了其他一些電子政務(wù)建設(shè)比較完善的國家經(jīng)驗。

As computer gain ground increasingly, the use of computer has already gone is a very common thing, but really the electronic computer using into our lives is not important. In the daily work of many people simply use computers as a typewriter to use, if the computer is senior typewriter words then resulting in a great waste of resources, and the waste is also a lot of people are doing, how can the limited resources to achieve maximum application? This is people constantly explore and study the important problem.
The generation of the network to our resource development in another way, take the paperless office! Computer network and digital signatures and other associated techniques together can reduce paper applications, thereby reducing the felling of trees, to give the world more blue sky.
