摘　要
在節(jié)約土地、節(jié)能和環(huán)境保護(hù)方面有重大的社會(huì)效益前提下，本設(shè)計(jì)為混凝土小型配筋砌塊砌體多層住宅的設(shè)計(jì)。鋼筋混凝土砌體結(jié)構(gòu)廣泛應(yīng)用于住宅、辦公、商業(yè)、旅館等民用建筑,這種結(jié)構(gòu)體系的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是砌體結(jié)構(gòu)的主要優(yōu)點(diǎn)有：容易就地取材，具有很好的耐火性和較好的耐久性等。該設(shè)計(jì)主體采用普通磚砌體,樓梯、基礎(chǔ)、衛(wèi)生間、廚房板等采用現(xiàn)澆鋼筋混凝土。結(jié)構(gòu)采用橫墻承重結(jié)構(gòu),并采用構(gòu)造柱以及圈梁的相結(jié)合的構(gòu)造措施。結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)采用手算，主要內(nèi)容有：
(1)結(jié)構(gòu)布置；
(2)墻體驗(yàn)算；
(3)構(gòu)件設(shè)計(jì)；
其中有板的設(shè)計(jì),樓梯,雨篷,過(guò)梁的設(shè)計(jì)及基礎(chǔ)的設(shè)計(jì)等.該設(shè)計(jì)是嚴(yán)格按照相關(guān)的規(guī)范完成的。

Abstract
